How do I create my Username and Password?

Before clients can create a username and password to access the client portal, they must be invited by the Brand or organization they are associated with.  Note: How a client is invited depends on the Brand (either by client signing a Service Agreement or by accepting the Brand’s Terms of Service).  💡Tips: Review the videos, “How do I sign the Service Agreement?”, “How do I accept the Terms of Service?” Once you sign the Service Agreement with the Brand or accept the Terms of Service, Otawise then generates a link for you to create your login details. This link is shared with you via the email address that is registered with the Brand.  Follow the steps below to create an account: Look out for the email notification for Account Activation.  Click on the blue hyperlink to be redirected to the Otawise platform to create your unique username and password. Create your username and password. Click Save. Note: You will not be able to change your username once created. Your username is unique to you. However, you can change your password  💡Tips: Review the video, “How can I change my password?” If accepted, a success message will appear on the screen. Once you click “OK”, a login page will appear. Enter the username and password you created. Click Sign In. Optional Step: If required by the Brand, the login page will require you to enter a security code called OTP (one time password), which will be sent to the email that you used to create your username and password. Optional Step: Check your email for the code.  Optional Step: Enter the OTP provided to you via your email. Click Sign In. What is the Client Portal and how do I access it?

The Client Portal was designed specifically for our subscribers’ clients to allow them review the progress of their case or project. Throughout the knowledge base, our Subscribers are called Brand. To access the Client Portal, the Brand will send you an email to create an account. 💡Tips: Review the videos, “How do I create my username and password?”, “How do I sign the Service Agreement?”, “How do I accept the Terms of Service?” See a snapshot of the Client Portal Dashboard: Clients can conveniently review their invoices and make online payments in a secure setting. They can add cards and view saved cards on file. Clients can download, print or pay an invoice. Clients can also upload and share documents with the staff working on their case or project. They can view documents shared with them. Clients can communicate directly with staff knowing that the content of their texts is protected by a user login for access. They can read Brand news shared with them. Clients can view and edit their profile. They can add a photo or avatar to their profile. And much more…
