Before clients can create a username and password to access the client portal, they must be invited by the Brand or organization they are associated with.
Note: How a client is invited depends on the Brand (either by client signing a Service Agreement or by accepting the Brand’s Terms of Service).

Once you sign the Service Agreement with the Brand or accept the Terms of Service, Otawise then generates a link for you to create your login details. This link is shared with you via the email address that is registered with the Brand.
Follow the steps below to create an account:
Look out for the email notification for Account Activation.
- Click on the blue hyperlink to be redirected to the Otawise platform to create your unique username and password.
- Create your username and password. Click Save.
Note: You will not be able to change your username once created. Your username is unique to you. However, you can change your password

- If accepted, a success message will appear on the screen.
- Once you click “OK”, a login page will appear. Enter the username and password you created. Click Sign In.
- Optional Step: If required by the Brand, the login page will require you to enter a security code called OTP (one time password), which will be sent to the email that you used to create your username and password.
- Optional Step: Check your email for the code.
- Optional Step: Enter the OTP provided to you via your email. Click Sign In. If the code matches, then you will be given access to the platform.
